Returns Policy

Please note that you can only return unworn, unwashed, and unused items with their original tags and sanitary liner (if applicable). Basically, if it looks different than how you bought it, you can’t return it.

Unfortunately, any items you buy on sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. So be sure you really want it before you buy it

Return Policy for Tropic Fusion Swimwear and Beachwear

Returns & Exchanges (Not on Sale Items)

  • • You have 30 days from receiving your swimsuit/beachwear to return it if you're unhappy.
  • • You can exchange it for a different item or get store credit.

What can't be returned?

  • • Swimsuits that are worn, dirty, damaged, or washed. (Basically, anything that isn't in "new" condition.)
  • • Sale items (these are final sales).

Who decides if it's okay to return?

  • • The Tropic Fusion team has the final say on whether swimwear/beachwear is too dirty to return.
  • • If they decide it's dirty, they will throw it away and you won't get a refund or exchange.

Defective Items

  • • If you get the wrong item or it's not from normal wear and tear, contact our customer service at ebony@tropicfusion.shop.
  • • You might get a refund for the original shipping cost in this case.
